Meet Cambria

Dr. Cambria Litsey Budding is a licensed psychologist who provides virtual therapy for adults and couples in the state of Minnesota and PSYPACT-member states. She uses curiosity and compassion to help clients process and navigate life transitions, foster meaningful relationships, identify their values, and work towards intentional change. While she enjoys working with adults across the lifespan, Dr. Litsey Budding specializes in working with individuals in emerging and middle adulthood, and college and graduate students.
